Shipping and Delivery

We ship our products to all 27 European Union countries, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. There are some limitations and exceptions for shipments to other European countries, except Greece and Cyprus, which are due to a) volume, b) weight, and c) type of products. For these cases, you will be notified during the checkout process, as well as through relevant correspondence regarding possible solutions.

Additionally, shipments to the United Kingdom and Switzerland may be subject to duties and taxes (primarily taxes, which while in the EU 27 are either paid with the purchase of the product or have been abolished, in these countries are paid at the Import Customs). In any case of such a possible obligation, you will be notified by the shipping company.

At this point, we would like to state that our immediate goals include the routing of processes so that we can offer distribution of products to these countries with prepaid duties and taxes, so that recipients can receive them freely.

Sale prices mentioned on our product pages do not include VAT and shipping costs, since we address buyers from different countries.

• For Individual Buyers, VAT and shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process (VAT rate of the delivery country and shipping based on the postal code).
• For List Owners and their Guests, items for creating a list include VAT based on the delivery location defined by the list owner.

Additionally, List Owners are offered the option of bulk shipping of purchased gifts, after the completion of the list.
