Payment Policy
Payment can be made using the following methods:
A) Via PayPal:
You have the option to pay for the products or services you have selected through the PayPal payment system, in accordance with the specific payment terms set by the above system. In any case, using this payment method requires creating an account, in accordance with the specific terms set by PayPal.
B) Via Stripe with all accepted cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron, AmericanExpress):
You accept that if you choose the above payment method, it is subject to validation of the details and that the Company is not responsible in case the card is not accepted and therefore the shipment of the ordered products is not feasible. All payments made using a card are processed through an electronic payment platform. In any case, your card details are encrypted as part of secure use and payment processing. Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key. In case of any hold on an amount for which the product sale is not finally completed, e.g. due to product unavailability, the amount you paid will be refunded.
Shipping & Delivery Method
To offer you the greatest possible selection of high-quality products and services, we use a wide range of suppliers. Product deliveries are made by shipping companies that our Company collaborates with or by the supplier of the product or service in cases of direct shipping from them to you.
Delivery Coverage
The online store makes deliveries to all 27 European Union countries, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. There are some limitations and exceptions for shipments to other European countries, except Greece and Cyprus, which are due to a) volume, b) weight, and c) type of products. For these cases, you will be notified during the checkout process, as well as through relevant correspondence regarding possible solutions.
Product / Gift Prices
The sale prices mentioned on the Website do not include shipping costs, as we address Users / buyers from different countries.
For individual Users - product buyers, VAT has been included in the product prices, while shipping costs are calculated and will be displayed during the checkout process (based on postal code).
For Gift Buyers, VAT has been automatically included in the prices of Gift List items, according to what applies in the delivery country declared by the Gift List Owner. In case the Gift List Owner's delivery country is outside the EU, the VAT rate is zero. Shipping costs will be displayed when completing your order (checking out).
Undelivered Order
If the shipping company is unable to deliver your order, the order will be returned to us and you must contact us to arrange reshipment. In case the non-delivery is due to incorrect instructions (e.g., incorrect address) or non-response on your part, we can store the gifts until their possible reshipment, but you will be charged any reshipment fees as well as any storage and insurance costs.
Returns Policy
The Company provides a wide selection of thousands of possible Gifts (including Group Gifts).
Gift List Owners
Gift List Owners created their list a few months before the wedding or event for which they created the relevant list and occasionally change their minds about what they want. It is possible that the Gift you select as a Gift Buyer may be replaced with another by the Gift List Owner. In case this happens, Gift List Owners are fully informed about the Gift you originally selected and will receive your gift message.
Exchange of Gifts (including gift cards, Group Gifts and/or Gifts provided for honeymoons, as well as exchange of Gifts for the above-mentioned categories of Gifts, Gifts that are made according to your specific requirements, e.g., personalized adaptation) is not permitted.
Return of Damaged or Defective Gifts
In case of a damaged or defective Gift you have the right to replacement. Please contact the Company at info@grantdays.eu stating your details and the gift list number, attaching photos of the damaged or defective Gift and/or packaging and mentioning a brief description of the issue within seven (7) calendar days from delivery to you.
- The Gift must have all the original documents that accompanied it (e.g., Invoice, Retail Receipt, etc.) and its complete packaging.
- The Gift is received and checked to verify the reported defect.
- Subject to it having been previously received and checked by the supplier, replacement will be made with a similar new item, or in case of unavailability with another new product of equivalent quality and price, otherwise if the customer does not want replacement, refund of the original purchase amount will be made or we will give you a prepaid return card. Refunds are made in the same way as the original payment to the Company was made.
- Shipping costs both for returning products and for reshipping the similar new product are borne by the Company.
Return due to Withdrawal
If you no longer want a Gift and want to return or exchange it, you have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days according to the following terms:
I. Right of withdrawal.
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the service provision contract (when it comes to such a contract), or when it comes to products: a. within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you acquires physical possession of the product, b. within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you acquires physical possession of the last product that was purchased, in case of multiple products ordered by you with one order and delivered separately, c. within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you acquires physical possession of the last batch or last piece, in case of delivery of a product consisting of multiple batches or multiple pieces.
II. Method of exercising the right of withdrawal.
You can withdraw according to the above, subject to prior notification of the Company and return of the product together with the relevant purchase receipt. Notification of the Company of withdrawal can be made by sending us any clear statement by which you will express your clear intention to withdraw. More specifically, to withdraw, contact us by sending an email to info@grantdays.eu or contact us at +357 22210299. If you send us the withdrawal notice by email, your withdrawal is effective from the date you sent us the email. If you call us to notify us of your withdrawal, then withdrawal is effective from the date you called us.
III. Your Obligations
I. Product return deadline: You are obliged to return the product without undue delay and at least within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you notified, according to the above procedure, the Company of your decision to withdraw to the return address we will provide you. The deadline is met if you send back the product before the expiration of the fourteen (14) calendar day period.
II. Products returned to the Company must not be used, worn, or have received any intervention or alteration. You are obliged to return the product together with the proof of purchase. The product must be returned in its original packaging and unused. In any case, you are responsible for any decrease in the value of the product only as a result of handling it other than that which is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the product.
IV. Company Obligations
I. The Company will return every payment it received, without undue delay and at least within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day it was notified of your decision to withdraw.
II. The Company, contrary to the above, is not obliged to return additional delivery costs you paid, if you had chosen a method with additional financial burden from the cheapest standard one offered by the Company. We are not able to cover the costs of returns if the Gift is not damaged or defective.
V. Exceptions from withdrawal
Withdrawal is not allowed in: contracts for services after complete provision of the service, if execution began with the prior explicit consent of the customer and with recognition by them that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the contract is fully executed by the supplier; products which are not suitable for return, for health or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery, such as personal care items (indicatively and not restrictively: hair removal machines, shaving - cutting - hair cutting machines, brushes, toothbrushes and thermometers, etc.); contracts according to which the consumer has specifically requested a visit from the supplier to carry out urgent repairs or maintenance work.
Gift Buyers
You agree that the contract you enter into with us is to provide the Gift List Owner with credit equivalent to the amount paid by you for a Gift that was selected by the Gift List Owner.
Replacement or Exchange by the Gift List Owner
In case the Gift List Owner replaces your Gift or exchanges it in any way, we will be relieved of our liability to you regarding the Gift you selected as if the Gift you had selected had been received by the Gift List Owner. Similarly in this case, we have no obligation to notify you, as we will have already communicated directly with the Gift List Owner, where necessary.
Right of Withdrawal
If after submitting an order on our Website you change your mind, you can cancel your order within fourteen (14) calendar days after receiving order confirmation from us, unless the Gift has been delivered to the Gift List Owner or the Gift List Owner has finalized the gift list.
If you contribute to a Group Gift or a Gift provided for a honeymoon, you will not be able to exchange or receive a refund, unless the gift is damaged or defective. Any Gifts purchased will be delivered directly to the Gift List Owner and any returns or exchanges will be handled directly with them.
Electrical Items
It is important to register the purchase of any electrical items with their manufacturer as soon as possible, in order to activate your warranty. The warranty card will always be included in the product packaging.
In case of damage to an electrical device, within the first thirty (30) days from receipt, we can arrange an exchange if the Gift is in its original packaging and the damage is reported within seven (7) days from delivery. If your electrical products develop a fault outside this period, you should contact the manufacturer for more information. We are pleased to help you resolve any warranty issues with any of our suppliers or contact us at our email address info@grantdays.eu if you need further information, including proof of purchase.
Legal Warranty
The Company is obliged to deliver goods to comply with the contract with the customer and without real defects. Customer claims due to non-compliance with the contract are barred within two (2) years.
Safe Products - Warranty Terms
The Company's durables bear every necessary certificate of safe operation. Products are accompanied by written usage instructions (except for simple-to-use products) and by written warranty of good operation of reasonable duration. The warranty form always includes the name and address of the guarantor, the product to which the warranty refers, its exact content, its duration, its local scope of validity, as well as the rights provided by applicable law. The device warranty is valid according to the manufacturer from the date of purchase and allows free restoration of the problem, provided that the following terms are met:
The warranty must exist from the representative and the proof of purchase of the device must be available; the fixed elements of the device must not have been altered (Serial No.); the fault must not be excluded based on the manufacturer's warranty form.
