General registry management is done as follows:

If you want to remove a product from the registry you have created, open your registry, find the product or service you want to remove and simply click the icon with the trash indicator which is at the top right of each photo.

We remind you that products or services that have already been purchased by your guests cannot be removed from the registry.

However, products and services that have been purchased by your guests and you do not want to receive, you can, within the scheduled time period specified in the Terms of Return and Exchange of products, exchange them with GrantDays Gift Cards, which you can then use to purchase any other item of equivalent value from GrantDays.

Yes! Of course you can make personal purchases on GrantDays even without registration or registry creation.

The Booking Engine works like all search and booking engines for tourism services. By choosing to search and book such services, you are automatically transferred to the secure environment of Ask2Travel where you can search for airline tickets, hotel accommodation, vehicle rental, travel/excursion packages and many other unique tourism activities.

If you are an online registry owner and want to add such tourism services to your registry, through the search engine you discover the options you want to acquire, so as to form the total amount of your "Travel Gift". Then you add it to your registry and the required amount is collected from the group contribution of your guests. This amount is either given to you as an equal gift card from the travel agency in your name, or transferred by you to it against your booking.

This is the group contribution of the guests to one of the following gift categories:

2. Honeymoon, Cruises, Organized and Custom Travel from External Partners
3. Longevity and Utility Goods (such as car, motorcycle, home furniture, baby room furniture and equipment) from External Partners

The amount that will be collected will be given to the organizer and owner of the registry in the form of a GrantDays Gift Card or our External Partner Card, which can be redeemed exclusively and only at GrantDays or our External Partners.

The GrantDays Gift Card is a digital card, available in €25, €50 and €100, which gives the registry guest the ability to offer it instead of a gift, choosing the amount they want.

Yes, of course you can!

First we ask for the approval of the organizer and owner of the registry for this wish of yours, we inform you of the answer we have received and you proceed accordingly with your purchase.

You can control the progress of your registry at any time through the MANAGE REGISTRY option.

Your guests can find the registry you have created by selecting SEARCH FOR A REGISTRY, typing your full name or the name you have declared in the digital invitation you sent them.

Yes! The use of the GrantDays electronic platform is absolutely safe for you and your guests. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security protocol, which encrypts your personal data.

We do not store credit and debit card information and all processes are subject to privacy and data protection policy.

We will send you notifications every time you receive a gift via email. You will also be able to check the status of your registry whenever you want. Gifts that have been purchased will no longer be available for new purchases, so you won't receive the same gift twice.

There are the following options for receiving your gifts:

1. Immediate shipping of each gift that is purchased
2. Complete shipping of all gifts after the registry is completed
